BONANZABOOST TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Welcome to bonanzaboost.com (the "Site"). The Site is owned and operated by Jireh Unchained LLC, doing business as "BonanzaBoost" ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our Site, booking a discovery call, or purchasing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not use this Site or contract our services.
1. Services and Scope of Work BonanzaBoost provides B2B sales consulting, CRM implementation, internal sales tracking setup, and management training services. We act strictly as hands-on operational consultants, not advisory coaches. Our core engagement is a structured three-month implementation program.
2. Discovery Calls and Diagnostic Audits
Booking a 15-minute discovery call or requesting a free diagnostic audit via our Site constitutes a request for information and qualification. It does not constitute the formation of a contract or a binding agreement for paid services.
We reserve the right to decline booking requests or refuse service to any business that falls outside our ideal customer profile or defined geographic territories.
3. Paid Engagements and Payment Terms
Fees and Payment: All pricing for our three-month consulting engagements is scoped and disclosed live during the discovery process. Fees are non-published and confidential.
Payment Execution: Clients verbally accept the offer live on the closing call, at which point a secure payment link (via Stripe) is delivered. Payment must be processed live on the call. An invoice will be issued following payment execution for corporate accounting records.
Payment Structures: Engagements are structured as either a standard monthly rate ($5,000/month for 3 months), a split-payment structure (5% discount), or a paid-in-full upfront structure (10% discount). The underlying service engagement itself is never discounted.
4. The 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee Our services are backed by a conditional 90-day performance guarantee:
Eligibility: To qualify for a refund of the first month's fees, the client must demonstrate full compliance with their responsibilities. This includes providing BonanzaBoost with necessary CRM access, attending all scheduled Zoom training sessions, and executing the built system in good faith.
Voiding Clause: The guarantee is immediately void if the client fails to provide operational access, misses scheduled implementations, or fails to execute the documented workflows.
5. The Retain-or-Transition Decision Point Every three-month engagement contains a mandatory operational decision framework:
Day 60: A formal evaluation window opens to discuss ongoing operations.
Day 90: The client must execute a formal choice to either Retain BonanzaBoost for ongoing fractional sales leadership or Transition the system to internal control. This timeline is built into the framework of the engagement and is non-negotiable.
6. Intellectual Property and Asset Ownership
Company Property: All systems, core strategies, training frameworks, and custom sales scripts developed by BonanzaBoost remain the proprietary intellectual property of the Company.
Client Deliverables: Upon the conclusion of a paid three-month engagement and full payment of all contractual fees, the client is granted a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the custom transcribed written manuals, recorded Zoom sessions, and specific CRM configurations built for their internal organization. Client may not resell, repackage, or distribute these operational assets to third parties.
7. Mobile and SMS Communication Consent By submitting your information via our Site forms, you grant explicit consent to be contacted via text message, email, or telephone by BonanzaBoost. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any mobile communication. Mobile data gathered via opt-in forms will never be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
8. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer BonanzaBoost provides corporate infrastructure and systems execution. We do not guarantee specific dollar revenue outcomes, market stability, or individual sales representative performance. Jireh Unchained LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities resulting from your reliance on our systems.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Upon the relocation of Jireh Unchained LLC, governing jurisdiction shall transfer fully to the State of Florida and the courts of Sarasota County.
